Dear Friends and Family,

I've decided to not write every day or what I've been eating anymore. If you've been reading my letters, you should have a pretty good idea of how the food is here. Since my last letter, I've reupholstered a few chairs. Now I'm working on reupholstering some seats from a boat. I've worked with vinyl on some chairs already, so I think these seats should look really nice when I'm done. These seats are similar to some old automotive bucket seats. I bought a ClearTunes 13.3" Clear Digital LCD Television/No Speakers Model No: CT-13LCD/NS for about $174. It's the only model of TV we're allowed to buy at this time. We have cable in our rooms with over 80 channels from Time Warner Cable. Around the end of April it snowed here and I was transported to the Dover District Court for a motion hearing. My lawyer had filed a motion to have all of my property that the Somersworth Police had refused to return despite a court order to return all firearms and firearm related items except for my KT-1911 & KT-228 pistol frames which were being held as evidence for the trial I had in November 2009. At the April hearing the police prosecutor indicated that they would be willing to release most of my property to a friend of mine, but he said that they don't want to release my pistol frames or a damaged shotgun barrel that was cut to less than 18" but which I've never owned or possessed a receiver for. The police prosecutor claimed that even though I was found not guilty on the "receiving stolen property" charges, he still believed that my pistol frames were stolen, despite the fact that SigSauer's "witness" admitted at my trial that there was no record of any unmarked frames being stolen. Since I can't view the trial video, I wish I had a transcript of the trial. The police prosecutor claimed that there is a NH statute that prohibits the possession of a shotgun barrel that is under 18" long, but I know that his claim is false. Federal law prohibits an unregistered short barreled shotgun, but there is no prohibition on the possession of a short barrel alone. The judge said that he wasn't sure if he had the jurisdiction to order the torture of my stuff. He said that he would give the parties 15 days to present arguments for why they should get to have my property. I could get sent to court any day now for another hearing concerning my property. I'm scheduled to se Dr. Esposito on 20 May 2010 at 10:20. I've been waiting over 5 months to see him. I lowered my ibuprofen intake back down to 1800 mg/day because I'm not allowed to buy more than one bottle of ibuprofen per week and ran out within a week when I took 2400 mg/day. Besides the food we can buy through the canteen, there are some foods that we're only allowed to buy twice a year (like herbal tea, honey, dark chocolate, etc.). Unfortunately Unit Manager Thyng recently put out a memo that says that we are not allowed to keep any food item for more than 90 days. I was hoping to buy enough herbal tea to last 6 months. Hobbycraft has been closed for a few weeks because CPL Hillsgrove resigned. It looks like it should be opening back up soon. We're no longer allowed to purchase Scotch tape because it is allegedly used to make shanks and tattoo guns. I've settles in pretty well here and have not had any real problems lately. I recently got a nice letter from Nathan Larson. I would like someone to help me with research since I don't have internet access.
