Terrorists
Happy Sunday! Halloween was great! I dressed up as a person who is thought to harm others and to many folk's eyes I looked real! What a scary guy I am.
Today was visit day and a day for me to be further targeted by the crumbling system of thugs. "After "visiting hours" the jail personnel would not allow my attorney the "unfettered access" granted and mandated by their rules. My good friend Richard (thanks for all you do) made a sign that has been held up at many of our protests reading "APPLE YOUR RULES TO YOURSELVES." After all, aren't the "rules" for them too? How about "everyone?" Nope. This is only targeted at me, and likely anyone who attempts (with resounding reception) to illustrate the false legitimacy of the thugs.
Not all of my life has been one where I saw them clearly for who they are. Sadly and shamefully, I fell into the sales pitch, that we need those jails to "put bad people who hurt us." Being inside sure has proven to me that imagining anything of the slightest bit resembling that cartoon image is simply lies, deception, etc. It is all clear to be and sadly I still have residual damage as a result in that I still, somewhere, in the back of my mind WANT to believe that so it will be all okay and I can feel that false sense of warm, safe and fuzzy that I enjoyed when I was living in dream land.
Often times I've made small jokes about people who do innocent things or speak contrarian phrases and refer to them as "terrorists." "Oh my! Facial hair! He must be a terrorist!" I do have some of that stuph currently, so I must be.
Do you know what a "terrorist" is? What does a "terrorist" look like? Well, for many folks after 9/11/2001 it was anyone with a turban, hijab, or a birkah. I'm not one of those misguided Christians who believe that trick. Most people I speak with these days concur but it wasn't always that way. The product of fear, that can be created simply by reading a headline, or a story in the paper or on the mainstream media, where more and more people are pulling away from, and I'm glad for that. The "established" media, the true bias media that gets "talking points" (Fox "News" story last year) from supposed authorities who guide public opinion. Sure it's frustrating to come to a point where we can see the farce for what it is. I haven't had mainstream TV for over 2 years now and not a day goes by that the simply change is appreciated. That product of fear that so many people are still indoctrinated to react to offers those wishing to offer their "solution" every time. I now see clearly that as long as those claiming to have power over us, such as the judge (cross-dresser in a black dress…) or a police man harassing a cyclist in front of the United methodist Church in Central Square, or even a cop who pulls you over. They say that you must pull you over to "run your ID so they know YOU are not a threat." I'm sorry but I just don't believe it any more. We are not tracked more than the citizens of East Berlin under Hitler's reign. They say how much (repeatedly) we need them to help pull us out of car wrecks and to keep us safe from the guy next door. May I just cut to the chase? It's all bull. The gig is up. I know that as long as we are afraid of people who are on drugs, have long hair, drive fast, have a different faith, skin color, ad infinitum, they, the private companies intended to "serve and protect" own you. Disagree? Who has the monopoly on "the solution?" Surely, I'm a terrorist for not only having facial hair now but for speaking as I do. I'm not afraid. I'm not afraid because I act as best as I can towards others because I know it's in my best interest. Some call it "doing God's will" or "Karma" or say "you reap what you sow." All those suit me just fine. Can't you see it too? Isn't this clear to everyone?
In yesterday's paper i read all the "cases" (people drug into a room to be read tricky words designed to trap you into believing they have power over you by limiting your choices to what their choices (taking your livelihood) are). They say things like "you are charged with…" or "you have allegedly done…" or "your offenses" or what have you. All these cases in the paper, which I read with one good eye because one of those helpful people slammed my head into a wall because I told him I was going to hug, and kiss and talk with my wife that I wasn't going to see for 180 days (and I confronted him about some of his demons (which was wrong of me) were "dismissed" (meaning they will stop forcing you to hand over your freedom if you pay us your earnings that you were going to use to feed your child, etc. at the point of a gun. After all YOU can't protect yourself anymore in many states from thieves like that because they want to offer their solution, and don't you dare disagree! The school (public school) yard bully mentality is nurtured in courtrooms everywhere in this area. How would you feel if I walked up to you on the sidewalk and said "fork it over and I won't kick your butt?" Where is the difference in what they do in the courtroom? They won't let you take firearms in any more and it's crazy that it took me so long to discover that if you did, they wouldn't bully you around any more. It used to be that when I judge made stupid decisions that he was assured that he would be held liable through mutually assured destruction. Sure, nobody wants truly bad people around, but by what means? I don't need or desire a "police force" any more. I don't want to be forced to "press charges" against someone that I act responsibly towards and I can forgive people who make mistakes against me, or if they come into my home and want to hurt my wife or family, I can protect them with the same threat of mutually assured destruction and you can better bet we're very well protected no matter what the thugs tell me I have to do. If a judge makes a poor decision about something someone "allegedly does to offend" what is your recourse? I can tell you… it's an "appeal" (don't even mince words folks, you just begged them to go easy on you, you contracted with the bully). That "appeal" (to the thugs) has to be "viewed in the best light as to hold up the verdict" or very similar terms. I'm in jail so I don't exactly have the resources to verify the tricky words verbatim, but that is what their words say. You just asked the bully to have his big brother bully review if his little brother did a good enough job bullying you… isn't this clear to everyone? Aren't you outraged? Do you actually think that if they didn't exist the very "fabric of our society would fall apart?" Are you kidding? Not one of them will help you because they will tell you that weak overused and tired line "I'm just doing my job"… unless of course you are ONE OF THEM.
Discovering these facts has led me to see clearly now that this gang is no longer here to "protect and serve" as they were once selling their services" to folks, it has led me to see the following as fallacies, <?> and awful: The "war on drugs" is a "war on you," the "war on terrorism" with no enemy (but you and your wallet) but whomever the Feds want to create daily or weekly… oh I can't go on, it's everywhere, and it's in everything.
Today Aubern told me that she must have heard them saying 57 times "I'm just doing my job." Weak, heartless, pathetic. My attorney is "granted" or "supposed to have" unfettered access to me, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and now they made us speak via handsets and had to "go get someone so we can listen." Let me tell you folks, I told the abusive doctor here that I'm getting a second opinion and that I've signed releases on my medical records. I did not start this but I just might get sucked into the system they worship to make them understand by costing THEM personally as well as "collectively." The problem is the beast is not my friend and I'm asking the bully's big brother again… monopoly on force.
Here is a bit more that the gang is doing. Not one of Sam's letters have reached me. Good job Sam, thanks for scaring them in the wallet. I've not gotten one of Ian's letters; Ian must be a terrorist. All my mail is opened that comes in, most before I receive it. I wonder what shredder they put it through. It's open season on formerly free people and folks who want to be free from this crap in their lifetimes. You may ask me why I rant on like this. Well this "terrorist" will tell you… "I'm just doing my job."
Peace, Love, Prayers,
Kurt
