Eirene and her husband, Tyler, were arrested in Manchester on 9/14/09. They were accosted by cops for being in a park "after hours" and the cops learned of an arrest warrant in Arizona when running their IDs. Eirene was extradited to Arizona on 10/23/09, where it is thought she will remain until their trial for her.

Though she is currently imprisoned for reasons other than liberty activism, she is a liberty activist.
